摘要

摘要: 设计财务共享中心网上报销系统，解决内部控制、预算和员工实时查看节点进度、报表分析等问题。网上报销系统采用二维码和光学字符识别（OCR）技术，结合财务共享中心的整体构架，实现了员工网上随时提交报销单、实时查询报销进度、实时进行内部控制和预算控制、实时生成和查询财务管理报表等。通过该报销系统，使财务人员工作效率提高75%左右，极大地加快了员工报销的进程，并实现了财务人员由“核算会计”向“管理会计”转型。应用结果表明，财务共享中心网上报销系统是可行的，为铁路部门实施财务共享中心奠定了基础。

Abstract: This article designed an online reimbursement system of financial sharing center to solve the problems of internal control, budget and staff real-time view node progress, report analysis and other issues. The online reimbursement system used two-dimensional code and optical character recognition (OCR) technology, and combined with the overall framework of the financial sharing center. It implemented that employees could submit reimbursement forms online at any time, query reimbursement progress in real time, carry out internal control and budget control in real time, and generate and query financial management reports in real time. Through this reimbursement system, the efficiency of financial personnel was increased about 75%, the process of reimbursement was greatly improved. It was implemented the transformation of financial personnel from "accounting accountant" to "management accountant". The application results show that the online reimbursement system of the financial sharing center is feasible, which lays a foundation for the railway department to implement the financial sharing center.
