Information service platform of international railway through transportation to South Asia

摘要: 随着泛亚铁路的开通,我国与东南亚各国的联系将会更加密切,新的铁路货运产品也将产生,客户将在时效性、通关和换装等方面提出更高的要求,而我国目前的货运信息系统不能解决这些问题。本文以昆明铁路局为例,提出了构建面向东南亚国际铁路联运信息服务平台,依照可维护性、可靠性和可扩充性原则,确定了面向东南亚国际铁路联运信息服务平台建设目标,重点对该平台的功能模块进行了分析。

Abstract: With the opening of the pan-asian railroad, our contact with southeast Asian countries became more closely, the new railway freight products would be generated. The customers would raise higher requirements in time effectiveness, customs clearance, reloading. Based on this, this paper took Kunming Railway Administration as an example, proposed the information service platform of international railway through transportation to Southeast Asia in accordance with the principle of maintainability, reliability and scalability, determined the construction goal of the platform. The key function modules of the platform were analyzed.
