Abstract: Aiming at the problem of EMU wheel load balancing non-automatic adjustment, the paper put forward a kind of integrated intelligent detection scheme, introduced the general idea, main functions, the network architecture, the composing of software and hardware, expounded the process of system’s implementation and key technologies.
