Design of Engineering Document Management System for integration of Railway Information System

摘要: 随着铁路信息化系统集成工程项目的急剧增加，其文档查找调阅困难、安全性存在隐患等问题日益突出，为此，基于B/S模式，采用J2EE框架技术进行开发，设计了一套工程文档管理系统。该系统主要由4个功能模块组成：工程文档收集管理、工程文档资料管理、工程文档移交管理、工程文档汇总统计。使用该系统能够更加快速、准确、安全地对文档进行管理、查询、调阅，提高工程管理工作效率。

Abstract: To solve the problems of rapidly increased projects, poor efficiency of project document management mechanism, lower security, difficulty to find documents, based on B / S mode, combined with the actual situation and needs of the company informatization, we applied J2EE framework technology to design and develop a set of Engineering Document Management System. The System consisted of 4 main functions, such as engineering document collection management, material management, hand over management, summary statistics, and system management. Compared with the existing engineering document management mechanism, the new System managed the document more rapidly, accurately and safely, improved the efficiency of project management.
