摘要: 安全风险过程控制平台综合利用GPS定位、GIS地图、3G视频、移动智能终端、移动互联网等计算机技术,实现了施工作业过程安全管理的智能化和可控化。重点介绍了该平台的设计思路、总体结构、系统功能以及开发实现过程中的关键技术。Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the research and implementation of railway safety risk process control management platform of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation, focused on design ideas, overall structure, major functions as well as key technologies. To make the management of construction operation intelligent and controllable , multiple techniques were used such as GPS, GIS, 3G video and mobile technology.
