Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the research and implementation of railway safety risk process control management platform of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation, focused on design ideas, overall structure, major functions as well as key technologies. To make the management of construction operation intelligent and controllable , multiple techniques were used such as GPS, GIS, 3G video and mobile technology.
