Method of passenger load detection and experimental application for vehicle of Urban Transit

摘要: 在分析现有客流统计方法不足的基础上,提出通过采集车辆四个空气弹簧压力计算城市轨道交通车辆运行过程中乘客载荷的方法,分别通过三通阀改装及提取BCU控制箱预留信号获取空簧压力信号。在此基础上开展正线试验,采集正线运营车辆的乘客载荷信息,通过采集波形、数据提取、载客量转换及结果分析,计算测试周期内乘客数,满足车辆乘客载荷计算及安全性分析的需求。Abstract: Based on disadvantage analysis of existing passenger flow statistical method, the method of passengers load detection through collecting the pressure of four air springs of the vehicle was put forward. By conversing a three-way valve and extracting the obligating signal of BCU control, the signal of air spring pressure was obtained. The online test was taken through collecting waveform, extracting data, converting trainload and analyzing the results, the number of passengers within the testing period was calculated which could meet the requirements of load calculation and safety analysis.
