Abstract:
This paper studied the principle and application of 4D BIM, which took BIM model as the core, time axis as the main line and connected all parts of the construction process in a unified coordinate system. On this basis, the paper developed a 4D BIM system for virtual construction of super large bridge of high-speed railway. The practice has proved that the system implements the effective interaction between BIM information and construction management information, with stable structure, accurate construction and strong scalability, explores a beneficial path for the construction of “smart construction site”.
