Resource sharing based high-speed railway monitoring and early warning emergency platform

  • 摘要: 鉴于高速铁路公司运输监管、安全监督的职能,在现有铁路应急平台的基础上,基于云计算技术设计高速铁路监测预警与应急平台,将解决基础资源利用率低、监测信息利用不充分、应急处置过程协调不通畅等传统应急平台的瓶颈问题。基于高速铁路的特有属性构建突发事故情景,提出基于情景的智能方案生成方法。
    Abstract: In view of the high-speed rail company's functions of transportation regulation and safety supervision, based on the existing railway emergency platform, the high-speed railway monitoring and early warning emergency platform was designed depending on cloud computing technology. It would solve the bottleneck problems about low utilization of basic resources, underutilization of monitoring information, and unblocked of emergency response coordination process on the traditional emergency platforms. Based on the unique attributes of high-speed railway, the intelligent scheme was suggested based on the scenarios.
