Abstract:
This paper introduced the simplified model of vehicle and braking system required for the simulation of metro train braking system, and developed the simulation software. The paper adopted the modular modeling method to split the vehicle into wheel set, spring damping, frame, body and other components for the vehicle sub-model modeling, constructed the braking system sub-model based on experimental data, and by interpolating the test curve, obtained the braking correlation curve required by the simulation. The simulation software can perform real-time simulation, and the simulation results are accurate and reliable.
