面向公交化运营的铁路e卡通票制优化方案与应用

Optimization scheme and application of railway e-Card ticket system for transit oriented operation

  • 摘要: 鉴于铁路e卡通票制在车次应用、票款冻结、进/出站检票介质和席位模式等方面存在局限,无法充分适配国内城市群铁路公交化运营的发展需求,文章研究铁路公交化运营背景下的铁路e卡通旅客乘车流程,优化铁路e卡通票制及其功能。通过整合铁路12306互联网售票系统与银行交易系统,采用软硬件兼容、证件关联银行账户、席位动态分配等技术,设计了一套适用于铁路公交化运营的自助化、智能化铁路e卡通票制优化方案。试点应用表明,该方案能够根据铁路局集团公司的具体要求,开展基于铁路e卡通的公交化票制应用,实现了刷证或扫码即可快速通行的目标,提升了乘车的便捷性。

     

    Abstract: Given the limitations of the railway e-Card ticket system in terms of train application, ticket freezing, entry and exit ticket checking media, and seat mode, which cannot fully adapt to the development needs of transit oriented operation of railway in domestic urban agglomerations, this paper studied the railway e-Card passenger boarding process under the background of transit oriented operation of railway, optimized the railway e-Card ticket system and its functions. By integrating the railway 12306 Internet ticketing and reservation system and the bank transaction system, the paper designed a set of optimization scheme of self-service and intelligent railway e-Card ticket system for transit oriented operation of railway by using technologies such as software and hardware compatibility, certificate associated bank account, dynamic seat allocation, etc. The pilot application shows that the scheme can carry out the application of transit oriented ticket system based on railway e-Cards according to the specific requirements of the railway group companies, implement the goal of fast passage by ID card brushing or scanning codes, and improve the convenience of transportation.
