新一代铁路电子支付应用监控系统研究与实现

New generation railway electronic payment application monitoring system

  • 摘要: 针对铁路电子支付既有监控系统处理性能低、扩展性差、与业务高耦合等问题,通过对信息系统的监控和运营维护(简称:运维)进行深入研究,设计开发了以业务平台为基础,以日志数据为核心,应用面向大数据和基于时间序列的数据处理、基于算法的业务分析等技术的新一代铁路电子支付应用监控系统,可实现电子支付异常事件的事前可监测预警、事中运维处置、事后追溯分析,具备交易监控、系统环境监控、业务监控、告警配置、运维管理、运维处置、业务分析等核心功能,为保障铁路电子支付平台稳定运行及相关经营决策提供有力支撑。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of low processing performance, poor scalability, and high coupling with business in existing monitoring systems for railway electronic payments, this paper conducted in-depth research on the monitoring and operation maintenance of information systems, and designed and developed a new generation of railway electronic payment application monitoring system based on business platforms, with log data as the core, and applying technologies such as big data and time series based data processing, algorithm based business analysis, etc. This system can implement pre monitoring and early warning, in-process operation and maintenance disposal, and post traceability analysis of electronic payment abnormal events, has core functions such as transaction monitoring, system environment monitoring, business monitoring, alarm configuration, operation and maintenance management, operation and maintenance disposal, and business analysis, provides strong support for ensuring the stable operation of railway electronic payment platforms and related business decisions.
