Abstract:
In response to the diverse travel needs of railway passengers, this paper optimized the existing railway multi-journey scheduled ticket products. The optimized content covered flexible combinations of the number of times passenger took the train and validity period. The paper adopted multi-channel access, data analysis and other technologies to implement functions such as product management, product sales, reservation and getting train ticket seat number, ticket checking and train boarding, and statistical analysis. Through practical operation verification, this product significantly improves the convenience of passenger travel, reduces travel costs, effectively improves the utilization of railway passenger transport resources, and provides key support for the transformation of railway passenger transport services towards intelligence and personalization.
