Abstract: Intelligence is one of the important directions for railway development, and building an intelligent standard system for overseas railways can effectively promote the promotion and application of related technologies in overseas railway projects. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the top-level design ideas and system framework of China's railway intelligence, combined with the characteristics of overseas railway projects, this paper constructed an intelligent standard system framework applicable to overseas railway engineering from the aspects of construction path, system positioning, construction principles, and system framework. The construction of an intelligent standard system for overseas railway projects can provide relevant technical support for promoting the internationalization of Chinese railway technology standards.
