铁路电务调度故障管理系统设计与实现

  • 摘要: 为提高铁路电务调度故障管理的自动化水平和信息处理能力,提升电务故障信息收集、上报和数据集成分析能力,实现故障及早预测与预防,设计了电务调度故障管理系统;阐述了该系统的总体架构、技术架构、功能和关键技术。该系统已在中国国家铁路集团有限公司及其下属的18个铁路局集团公司和逾100个专业站段稳定运行,实现了对电务调度故障信息全生命周期的闭环管理,对提高电务调度故障管理的信息处理能力,强化跨部门、跨层级的信息共享,促进协同作业、缩短故障响应时间,具有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the automation level and information processing capability of railway communication and signal dispatching fault management, enhance the collection, reporting, and data integration analysis capabilities of communication and signal dispatching fault information, and implement early prediction and prevention of faults, this paper designed a communication and signal dispatching fault management system, elaborated on the overall architecture, technical architecture, functions, and key technologies of the system. This system has been stably operated in China Railway Group Co. Ltd. and its 18 railway group companies and over 100 professional stations, implemented closed-loop management of the full lifecycle of communication and signal dispatching fault information. It has positive significance in improving the information processing capability of communication and signal dispatching fault management, strengthens cross departmental and cross level information sharing, promotes collaborative work, and shortening fault response time.
