Abstract:
In response to the problems of low efficiency and high cost in traditional management of wheel workshops, this paper developed a digital intelligent management system for wheel workshops (referred to as the intelligent management system), designed the architecture of this system, as well as functions such as production management, quality management, process management, material management, and digital archives. Through data fusion, 3D modeling, and other technologies, the paper constructed an intelligent real-time wheel axle library to implement visual control and real-time warning of the entire lifecycle of wheelsets. Practical applications show that this system significantly optimizes production processes, resource allocation, and improves maintenance efficiency and labor productivity.
