Abstract:
In view of the lack of unified standards in terms of data index caliber and dimensions of the hotel booking platform of China Railway 12306 Internet ticketing and reservation system (12306 for short), and the weak ability of business monitoring, this paper studied and constructed the data index system of the 12306 hotel booking platform. The paper applied the target strategy index model to mine and decompose business objectives, sorted out user journey maps, and decomposed the data index system into business scenarios, followed the principle of mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive (MECE) to construct a three-layer collaborative data metric system. The paper also designed and implemented a data index management system, which enabled real-time updating and management of data indicators. The system was applied to scenarios such as product iteration, operational strategy adjustment, advertising strategy adjustment, and process optimization. Practical application has shown that the construction of the data indicator system for the 12306 hotel reservation platform is helpful in measuring the quality of business development, controlling business development, and promoting sustained, orderly, and high-quality business development.
