内燃机车燃油单耗分析系统的设计与实现

  • 摘要: 针对铁路行业燃油消耗量大、运营成本高等问题,设计并实现了内燃机车燃油单耗分析系统。文章分析内燃机车燃油单耗影响因素,借助数学建模思想,设计了内燃机车燃油单耗数学模型,实现了单耗分析数据管理、机车打温补充及燃油消耗分析与评价等功能。该系统已在某机务段试点应用,有效地提高了司机乘务员节能操纵水平,为后期电力机车资源消耗分析与管理积累了经验。

     

    Abstract: In response to the high fuel consumption and operating costs in the railway industry, this paper designed and implemented a fuel consumption per unit analysis system for diesel locomotives, analyzed the factors affecting the fuel consumption of diesel locomotives. With the help of mathematical modeling ideas, the paper designed a mathematical model for fuel consumption per unit, which implemented functions such as data management for fuel consumption per unit analysis, locomotive temperature supplementation, and fuel consumption analysis and evaluation. The system has been piloted and applied in a certain locomotive depot, effectively improved the energy-saving operation level of drivers and crew, and accumulated experience for the analysis and management of electric locomotive resource consumption in the later stage.
