基于BIM技术的智能建造管理系统设计与应用

Intelligent construction management system based on BIM

  • 摘要: 为有效提高铁路建设信息化、智能化水平,设计基于BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术的智能建造管理系统,通过自动创建实体结构树、模型轻量化等技术,实现了基于BIM数据的精细化、模块化管控,协助管理人员有效决策。应用表明,该系统以项目为管理单元,将工程建造过程中的进度、质量、安全等多维信息与BIM模型深度融合,实现施工过程中数据的自动采集和流转,为项目建设提供高效管理手段。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively improve the level of informatization and intelligence in railway construction, this paper designed an intelligent construction management system based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. Through automatic creation of entity structure trees, lightweight models, and other technologies, the paper implemented fine and modular control based on BIM data, assisted managers in effective decision-making. The application shows that the system takes the project as the management unit, deeply integrates multi-dimensional information such as progress, quality, safety, etc. in the construction process with the BIM model, realizes automatic collection and circulation of data during the construction process, and provides efficient management means for project construction.
