Abstract:
In order to adapt to the current rail line network-rail line-station three-level management mode of urban rail transit, this paper designed an intelligent emergency response system based on the three-level management mode. The paper analyzed the construction focus and business model of three-level emergency management entities, proposed a three-level emergency response system architecture, and elaborated on intelligent application key technologies such as impact analysis of passenger transportation organization, evaluation of train operation organization adjustment plan, suggestions for emergency resource allocation, global linkage of emergency repair, and passenger flow prediction in emergency affected sections, implemented efficient collaboration of a three-level emergency response system through the design of relevant functions for information upload and distribution, which helped to improve the rationality of offline network level emergency response plans under abnormal conditions. From the perspective of rail line network-rail line-station three-level, it enhances the efficient collaboration ability between emergency organizations.
