Abstract:
The market-oriented reform of ticket price of railway passenger transport is a key link in the market-oriented operation of railways, and establishing a sound mechanism for the adjusting of ticket prices of high-speed railway passenger transport is the core essence of railway revenue management. This paper studied the mechanism for adjusting the maximum price limit of high-speed railway passenger transportation, designed an indicator system based on the busy level of the line and the level of regional economic development, used the Kmeans clustering algorithm and combined it with an improved universal matching matrix to establish the matching relationship between the two, and determined the adjustment method of the maximum price based on its region in the universal matching matrix. It provides theoretical basis for the rational formulation and adjustment of the maximum ticket price limit for high-speed railway passenger transportation.
