Abstract:
This paper focused on the problems in emergency adjustment of high-speed railways, studied the emergency adjustment scheme for train operation plan oriented to complex high-speed railway network, designed the emergency adjustment process for high-speed railway trains, and a high-speed railway train emergency adjustment system based on "one-event-one-timetable" under abnormal events to improve railway emergency response capabilities. The paper used spatiotemporal networks, Lagrangian relaxation theory and modular design method to design the system, which has functions such as setting blockages, automatically generating train diagrams, plan modification and release. The system has been applied to the emergency command center of China Railway Beijing Group Co. Ltd., provides auxiliary decision-making support for the railway dispatch department's emergency command, and has achieved good application results.
