Abstract:
To ensure the effectiveness and safety of data collection, transmission, and management applications of complete sets of mechanical equipment for railway tunnel construction using drilling and blasting methods, and break through the data sharing technology bottleneck of multi-task, multi-process, and multi-mechanical equipment collaborative operation of complete sets of mechanical equipment in complex tunnel construction environments, this paper studied the intelligent construction data sharing scheme for railway tunnel engineering, designed a cloud-edge-end networking architecture suitable for the collaboration of complete sets of mechanical equipment in tunnel construction using drilling and blasting methods, as well as key technologies for multi-source data platformization management that were suitable for this architecture and achieve data sharing. This scheme has been applied in relevant tunnel engineering. It ensures the high efficiency of the collection, transmission, and storage management of multi-source data of the complete set of machinery during the drilling and blasting tunnel construction process through methods such as data standardization processing, compression and encryption, transmission and storage. Based on the interconnection and data management of mechanical equipment groups, it relies on the collaborative management cloud platform of mechanical equipment, implements real-time and efficient collaborative decision-making between people (participating personnel)-machines (mechanical equipment group)-rocks (surrounding rock).
