Abstract:
In order to adapt to the complex changes in the scientific research environment of the railway industry, the needs of scientific research users and the technical environment of scientific research management services, support the scientific research management process in the full life cycle, and achieve the goal of safe opening of scientific and technological resources and assisting scientific and technological decision-making, this paper, starting from the actual needs of scientific research management in the railway industry, used technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and so on to build an intelligent service platform of scientific research management for scientific research management integrating resource sharing and decision support, which was popularized and applied in the railway industry. The practice shows that the platform can make scientific research management more efficient, data resources more collaborative, and decision-making support more intelligent, providing a strong guarantee for high-quality development of the railway industry.
