全自动运行线路间隙探测装置与行车相关系统联动方式优化方案

Optimization of linkage mode between gap detection device and train operation related system for fully automatic operation line

  • 摘要: 地铁站台门与列车门之间夹人、夹物事件偶有发生,对间隙探测装置的安全性提出了更高要求。为有效降低全自动运行线路中站台门与列车门之间间隙引发的安全问题,分析全自动运行线路间隙探测装置与行车相关系统之间的联动方式,结合天津地铁6号线二期线路工程实践,提出了间隙探测装置与行车相关系统联动方式优化方案。采用该方案对原有接口电路进行优化,增加“车门状态”硬线信号,改进控制流程并优化间隙探测启动时间,为全自动运行线路安全运营提供一种新的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: People and objects are occasionally caught between the subway platform door and the train door, which puts forward higher requirements for the safety of the gap detection device. In order to effectively reduce the potential safety problems caused by the gap between the platform door and the train door in the fully automatic operation line, this paper analyzed the linkage mode between the gap detection device and the relevant system of the train operation for the fully automatic operation line, and proposed the optimization scheme of the linkage mode between the gap detection device and the relevant system based on the practice of the second phase project of Tianjin Metro Line 6. The paper used this scheme to optimize the original interface circuit, added the "door status" hard line signal, improved the control flow, optimized the gap detection start time. It provides a new solution for the safe of the fully automatic operation line.
