Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of accidents caused by non-standard operation during pantograph maintenance of high-speed EMU, this paper used virtual reality technology to design and develop a pantograph maintenance accident virtual demonstration system of high-speed EMU based on Unity3D. This paper established the model based on 3DS MAX, combined with the actual maintenance accident cases, built the scene in Unity3D, used the collision detection function provided by Unity3D to monitor the maintenance behavior. Compared with traditional teaching and training, this system can reduce the boredom, enhance the sense of immersion, and meet the needs of knowledge training and simulation training of pantograph maintenance personnel.
