Abstract: In view of the needs of refrigerated container transportation business, this paper designed and implemented the refrigerated container management information system. The system could monitor and warn the access, return and application of refrigerated container location, temperature, humidity, battery status and other information, and realize the management of refrigerated container assets, site management and location tracking. Practice proves that the designed system can implemented the information management of the whole chain of logistics based on railway freight, reduce the cost of railway refrigerated transportation, shorten the transportation cycle, improve the efficiency of transportation organization, extend the service tentacles of railways, and effectively promote the rapid development of railway refrigerated transportation in China.
