Abstract:
The scheme design, the setting of product discount rate and the benefit evaluation of new ticket system product for railway commuters are complex optimization problems. It is necessary to combination with pilot effect and market feedback. This paper was market-oriented and based on the big data of travel demand of railway commuters, deeply analyzed the characteristics of user demand, constructing the calculation model for the benefit of tickets with a specified number of times, and implemented the scientific and reasonable product scheme design of railway new ticket system. Based on sales for the tickets with a specified number of times as basic data in the first quarter of 2021, the use effect of the model was verified. The verification results are in line with expectations. At present, the products of the tickets with a specified number of times have achieved good economic benefits in the pilot lines, which can further expand the scope of application.
