Abstract:
In order to deal with the impact of gale weather on railway transportation, this paper designed and implemented the railway gale disaster early warning system. The system based on the B/S architecture, aimed at the data status of wind speed monitoring points along the railway, used moving average method, single exponential smoothing method and cubic exponential smoothing method of the data prediction module to predict the wind speed in the future, and conducted early warning comprehensive evaluation to assist dispatchers in regulation and decision-making, so that the train can make operation adjustment in time according to the speed limit suggestions.
