Abstract: This paper explored an intelligent reimbursement implementation path based on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to address the problems of limited workload reduction, unfriendly operating systems, low efficiency of document circulation, and difficulty in integrating business and finance in traditional financial sharing models at railway stations and depots. This path was divided into three stages: preliminary preparation, construction deployment, and operation and maintenance promotion. The paper emphasized the importance of requirements analysis, process planning, and other aspects in the implementation of intelligent reimbursement, preliminarily implemented intelligent reimbursement in business areas such as material procurement in the national railway mall under the financial sharing model, effectively promoted the integration of business and finance, and empowered the digital transformation of financial sharing.
