Application of big data in railway transportation safety supervision and management

  • 摘要: 为提高铁路安全监管大数据利用价值,实现安全管理精细化和辅助决策智能化,研究提出铁路运输安全监督管理大数据应用技术方案。通过对文本挖掘、关联分析、风险量化评价等关键技术的研究,实现安全规律分析、安全状态评价、安全风险预警等安监大数据应用功能。该方案对于铁路各级安全管理部门全面、准确地了解安全形势,提升管理智能化和决策科学化水平具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the utilization value of big data in railway safety supervision and management, implement the refinement of safety management and the intellectualization of auxiliary decision-making, this paper proposed the application technology scheme of big data in railway transportation safety supervision and management. Through the research of key technologies such as text mining, association analysis and risk quantitative evaluation, the application functions of safety supervision big data such as safety law analysis, safety status evaluation and safety risk early warning were implemented. The scheme has reference value for railway safety management departments at all levels to comprehensively and accurately understand the safety situation and improve the level of intelligent management and scientific decision-making.
