铁路安全继电器检修中模拟量采集的设计

Design of analog collection in railway safety relays repair

  • 摘要: 铁路安全继电器是列车安全稳定运行中的关键信号产品,每到一定时间就需要进行检修更换测试,本文根据继电器的型号、电气特性和接点、线圈电阻的测量范围,开发了铁路安全继电器电气特性和接点线圈电阻的测试系统,使用INA118、OPA340运算放大器设计前端的信号处理电路,使用LTC1966处理交流信号,使用STM32单片机的自身12位AD转换器采集模拟信号,实现了安全继电器的精确稳定测量。

     

    Abstract: Railway safety relays are the key signal products for safe and stable operation of the train. At a certain time, they need to be repaired, replaced, and tested. According to the type of relay, electrical characteristics and contacts, measurement range of coil resistance, etc., it was developed a test system for the railway safety relays. Precise and stable measurement of safety relays was implemented by using INA118 and OPA340 to design the front-end signal processing circuit, using LTC1966 to process the AC signal, using 12 AD converter of STM32 microcontroller to collect analog signal.
