Abstract: The financial shared services system is a core tool for supporting efficient operation of the railway enterprise financial shared services center, which provides unified and standardized electronic reimbursement processing services for business entities at all levels of railway enterprises. There is a virtual close data sharing demand with the existing information systems of business entities at all levels. Due to the data barriers between the financial shared service system and related systems, for the same matter, repetitive operations need to be carried out in different systems, which reduces the degree of automation of business processing flow and the efficiency of business processing. Under the condition that the financial and accounting data sharing platform and the railway data integration platform is still under development and cannot provide financial and related business information sharing services yet, aiming at the current urgent information sharing demand of the financial shared srevices system, this article studies and develops the data middle-platform for financial shared srevices application. With the aim of breaking the barriers of business and financial data, it establishes unified data standards and management norms and realizes automatic collection of business and financial data, provides a unified common data maintenance interface, support centralized management of financial vouchers and attachment libraries, enabling convenient data sharing between the financial shared service system and other systems, and provide data support for further improvement and expansion of the functions of the financial shared service system.
