Abstract: In response to the low level of informatization management in enterprise financial reimbursement and the poor reimbursement experience of employees, this paper designed a financial reimbursement system for railway enterprise. The paper applied technologies such as Spring framework, distributed deployment, and front-end and back-end separation to implement functions such as reimbursement management, business approval, budget control, and collection, query, and management of invoice information. The system has been applied in railway enterprises, and significantly improved financial reimbursement efficiency, strengthened budget control and internal control, and enhanced the data analysis and decision support capabilities of the finance department.
