管控平台综合监控告警系统设计与实现

Integrated monitoring and alarming system for management and control platform

  • 摘要: 针对旅客服务与生产管控平台(简称:管控平台)在传统运营维护(简称:运维)方式下的告警机制不完善、故障定位不明确等问题,设计并研发了管控平台综合监控告警系统(简称:监控告警系统),阐述了该系统的架构设计、功能设计、关键技术和实际应用情况。应用情况表明,监控告警系统改进了传统运维的基本流程,可及时挖掘潜在异常、预测故障演变态势,提升了管控平台业务数据分析、处理、挖掘的能力,从整体上提升了管控平台的数智化水平。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of incomplete alarm mechanism and unclear fault location in the traditional operation and maintenance (O&M) mode of the passenger service and production control platform (referred to as the management and control platform), this paper designed and developed an integrated monitoring and alarming system for management and control platform (referred to as the monitoring and alarming system). The paper elaborated on the architecture design, functional design, key technologies, and practical application of the system. The application situation shows that the monitoring and alarming system improves the basic process of traditional operation and maintenance, can timely discover potential anomalies, predict the evolution trend of faults, enhance the ability of business data analysis, processing, and mining of the control platform, and overall improve the digitalization and intelligence level of the control platform.
