基于BIM的梁场钢筋加工管理系统设计与应用

  • 摘要: 针对钢筋加工过程中存在的翻样质量低、原材料利用率低、管理信息不透明等问题,设计数字化钢筋加工管理工作流程,通过钢筋下料BIM(Building Information Modeling)模型生成、数据分片处理与智能化设备控制等关键技术,形成以模型管理、料单转换、钢筋加工、设备管理、进度管理、安全质量管理为主体的梁场钢筋加工管理系统。应用表明,该系统将钢筋利用率提升至97%以上,加工效率提升50%以上,助力钢筋原材料科学配置。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of low sample quality, low raw material utilization rate, and opaque management information in the steel bar processing process, this paper designed a digital steel bar processing management workflow. Through key technologies such as steel bar cutting BIM (Building Information Modeling) model generation, data sharding processing, and intelligent equipment control, the paper formed a beam yard steel bar processing management system with model management, bill of materials conversion, steel bar processing, equipment management, schedule management, and safety and quality management as the main body. The application shows that the system has increased the utilization rate of steel bars to over 97%, improved processing efficiency by over 50%, and assisted in the scientific allocation of steel bar raw materials.
