Abstract: In order to meet the needs of railway ticket foreign card payment, cross-border ticket refund and ticket change of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Hongkong high-speed railway (Hongkong high-speed railway) in Hongkong Section (Hongkong high-speed railway), in combination with the upgrading of the Hongkong passenger ticket system and the electronic payment system, in accordance with the relevant financial policies of Mainland China and Hongkong and the relevant specifications of the railway electronic payment , the existing business process of the CHINA RAILWAY ticket electronic payment system was rebuilt, and the design of the ticket electronic payment system of the Hongkong high-speed railway was proposed to provide electronic payment services for the Internet and offline ticket selling applications, realize universal changes and refunds of cross-border tickets by electronic ticket payment, and provide reconciliation and settlement, deviation processing, capital clearing, payment security certification and other services. The ticket electronic payment application for Hongkong high-speed railway has been implemented and achieved good application results. The integration of Hongkong high-speed railway and mainland railway ticket electronic payment systems has been realized at the application layer, increasing international card payment channels for railway tickets and providing convenience for cross-border ticket changes and refunds.
