Integrated management system for storage and distribution of maintenance materials for EMU

  • 摘要: 为解决动车段(所)检修物资供应效率低、管理落后的问题,研发动车组检修物资仓储与配送一体化管理系统。围绕检修物资供应中的仓储和配送两个核心环节,通过微服务架构、可视化管理等关键技术搭建可感知、可追溯、可弹性扩展的一体化管理系统,实现计划、采购、储存、配送、使用、报废等核心业务的线上办理。应用表明,该系统提升了动车组检修物资供应的管理水平和作业效率,为实现铁路检修物资全生命周期管理提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of low efficiency and outdated management in the supply of maintenance materials for high-speed trains, this paper developed an integrated management system for the storage and distribution of maintenance materials for EMU. Focused on the two core links of warehousing and distribution in the supply of maintenance materials, through key technologies such as microservice architecture and visual management, the paper built a perceptible, traceable, and scalable integrated management system to implement online processing of core businesses such as planning, procurement, storage, distribution, use, and waste reporting. The application shows that the system has improved the management level and operational efficiency of the supply of maintenance materials for EMU, provides technical support for the full life cycle management of railway maintenance materials.
