重载铁路人车地全联锁防护系统的设计与实现

  • 摘要: 重载铁路施工作业时,作业人员数量多、分布广、人车交互频繁,导致施工安全管理面临较大风险。文章设计了一套针对重载铁路的人−车−地全联锁防护系统,阐述了其架构和功能。该系统可对施工现场作业人员及区间机车进行高精度定位,对获取到的各类数据进行综合分析,实现了人车定位状态信息实时展示、机车接近人员预警和施工行为分析预警等功能。在朔黄铁路原平分公司的运行情况表明,该系统可有效提升重载铁路施工安全防护和风险管控能力。

     

    Abstract: During the construction of heavy-haul railways, the large number and wide distribution of workers, as well as frequent interaction between personnel and vehicles, cause significant risks to construction safety management. This paper designed a full interlocking protection system for human-vehicle-ground in heavy-haul railway, and elaborated on its architecture and functions. This system can provide high-precision positioning for construction site workers and interval locomotives, comprehensively analyze various types of data obtained, and implement real-time display of human vehicle positioning status information, locomotive approaching personnel warning, and construction behavior analysis warning. The operation of the Shuohuang Railway Yuanping Branch shows that the system can effectively enhance the safety protection and risk control capabilities of heavy-duty railway construction.
