Overall design and implementation of a digital circular railway test base based on digital twins

  • 摘要: 国家铁道试验中心是中国铁路技术创新的战略性支撑平台。为进一步提升中国铁道科学研究院集团有限公司科技创新能力,文章以智能高速铁路(简称:高铁)建设与运营需求为基础,构建全要素、全业务、全场景的智能化试验验证环境,搭建了涵盖关键系统、支撑平台和智能应用的数字环形铁道试验基地(简称:环铁)一体化平台,选取轮轨关系实验室、车辆定位等典型场景开展数字孪生试验,实现数字环铁与物理环铁融合并行,助力智能高铁建设。

     

    Abstract: The National Railway Test Center is a strategic support platform for China railway technology innovation. In order to further enhance the technological innovation capability of China Academy of Railway Science Corporation Limited, based on the construction and operation needs of intelligent high-speed railways, this paper constructed an intelligent testing and verification environment with all elements, all businesses, and all scenarios, and built an integrated platform for digital circular railway test base that covered key systems, support platforms, and intelligent applications, selected typical scenarios such as wheel railway relationship laboratories and vehicle positioning to carry out digital twins experiments, implemented the integration and parallel operation of digital circular railway test bases and physical circular railway test bases, which assisted in the construction of intelligent high-speed railways.
