基于铁路e卡通的异常行程处理机制研究与应用

  • 摘要: 针对旅客使用铁路e卡通(简称:e卡通)先乘坐后付款的应用中存在进/出站记录不完整,致使票款收入无法及时收缴的问题,通过分析业务场景,提出基于e卡通的异常行程处理机制,设计业务流程和功能;借助铁路12306互联网售票系统,采用行程数据核验、数据加密和数据库存储过程等技术,构建旅客自助、人工和强制的多场景异常行程处理应用。该应用目前已在大部分铁路局集团公司试点,结果表明,异常行程可按各铁路局集团公司收入的要求在规定时间内完成预授权交易,保障铁路运输收入资金风险管控目标。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of incomplete entry/exit station records in the application of railway e-Card (referred to as e-Card) for passengers to ride first and pay later, which led to the inability to collect ticket revenue in a timely manner, this paper proposed an abnormal travel handling mechanism based on railway e-card by analyzing business scenarios, designing business processes and functions. With the help of the railway 12306 Internet ticketing and reservation system, the paper used technology of journey data verification, data encryption and database storage process to build a passenger self-service, manual and mandatory multi scenario abnormal journey processing application. This application has been piloted in most railway group companies, and the results show that the abnormal travel can be completed pre-authorization transactions within the specified time according to the revenue requirements of each railway group company, ensure the goal of financial risk management and control for railway transportation revenue.
