计划台调度工作质量考核系统设计

  • 摘要: 铁路运输调度生产数据量大,为解决现有计划台调度工作质量考核中存在的数据更新滞后、数据结合不紧密及考核明细不详尽等问题,设计基于铁路运输调度生产数据的计划台调度工作质量考核系统。采用Kafka作为消息总线,结合Redis内存数据库及分布式考核算法服务,实现调度工作质量考核指标、主要技术站作业效率指标的自动计算,以及各类车流分析数据的自动生成。应用表明,该系统可为运输调度计划编制提供可靠的数据支持,同时,减轻调度所及各站段统计人员的工作压力,提高运输组织效率。

     

    Abstract: There is a large amount of production data for railway transportation dispatching. In order to solve the problems of delayed data updates, incomplete data integration, and incomplete assessment details in the existing quality assessment of railway transportation dispatching work, this paper designed a quality assessment system for dispatching work of planning desk based on production data of railway transportation dispatching. The paper used Kafka as the message bus, combined with Redis memory database and distributed assessment algorithm services, implemented automatic calculation of dispatching work quality assessment indicators, main technical station operation efficiency indicators, and automatic generation of various traffic flow analysis data. The application shows that the system can provide reliable data support for the preparation of transportation dispatching plans, while reduce the work pressure of statisticians in the dispatching center and various stations and depots, and improve the efficiency of transportation organization.
