高速铁路列车超视距地面系统设计与应用

  • 摘要: 为保障高速铁路运行环境安全,满足列车超视距应用的业务需求,设计高速铁路列车超视距地面系统。利用数据统一接入、视频压缩与处理、超视距关联匹配算法及数据安全传输等关键技术,实现超视距数据的接入和处理、超视距关联及管理等功能,辅助突发险情的超前预判和提前处置。在京张(北京—张家口)高速铁路实车试验的结果表明,该系统功能符合预期设计,长时间运行稳定,可为高速列车运行安全提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of the high-speed railway operating environment and meet the business needs of train over-the-horizon applications, this paper designed an over-the-horizon ground system for high-speed railway train. The paper utilized key technologies such as unified data access, video compression and processing, over-the-horizon correlation matching algorithms, and secured data transmission to implement functions such as over-the-horizon data access and processing, over-the-horizon correlation, and operation and maintenance management, assisted in the early prediction and disposal of sudden emergencies. The results of the actual train test on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway show that the system meets the design expectations, operates stably for a long time, and can provide technical support for the safe operation of high-speed trains.
