动车组车载非实时数据下载及应用平台设计与实现

  • 摘要: 为满足铁路动车组故障原因深入分析、趋势规律预测等需求,分析车载非实时数据现状,提出采用无线局域网(WLAN,Wireless Local Area Network)结合5G移动通信公网进行非实时数据下载的方式,设计了动车组车载非实时数据下载及应用平台。通过海量数据处理监控、批量高效数据解析及数据完整性校验等关键技术,实现车载非实时数据的采集传输、数据监控、数据解析、数据共享及综合展示等功能。该平台的实现可进一步推动铁路动车组非实时数据的下载建设,对于动车组故障分析及运用状态评估预测等研究具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the needs of in-depth analysis of the causes of railway Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) failures and prediction of trend laws, this paper analyzed the current situation of on-board non real-time data, proposed the method of non real-time data download using Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and 5G mobile communication system public network, and designed the platform of on-board non real-time data download and application for EMU. Through the key technologies of massive data processing and monitoring, batch efficient data analysis and Data integrity verification, the paper realized the function of the collection and transmission, data monitoring, data parsing, data sharing and comprehensive display of vehicle borne non real-time data. The implementation of this platform can further promote the download construction of non real-time data of EMU, and is of great significance to the research on fault analysis and operation status assessment and prediction of EMU.
