铁路调度一体化条件下移动装备使用评价指标体系研究

Evaluation index system of mobile equipment usage under condition of railway dispatching integration

  • 摘要: 为提高铁路移动装备使用效率和运输经营效益,研究国内外移动装备评价指标体系现状,考虑铁路行业的特殊性,在调度一体化条件下,设计包括机车运用、动车组运用、列车开行方案的移动装备使用评价指标体系,给出指标的计算方法,并验证其可行性。该指标体系可为实现铁路移动装备的高质量调度指挥提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of railway mobile equipment usage and transportation operation efficiency, this paper studied the current status of evaluation index systems for mobile equipment at home and abroad. Considering the particularity of the railway industry, under the condition of dispatching integration, the paper designed an evaluation index system for the use of mobile equipment, including locomotive operation, multiple unit operation, and train operation scheme, gave the calculation method of the index, and verifies its feasibility. This indicator system can provide reference for implementing high-quality dispatch and command of railway mobile equipment.
