车务段集中模式下调度室生产指挥系统的设计与实现

  • 摘要: 针对当前铁路车务段调度室存在的调度管理薄弱、生产作业组织指挥缺少信息化手段等问题,基于C/S架构研发了车务段集中模式下的调度室生产指挥系统。以技术作业图表为核心,根据铁路局集团公司调度所下达的日班计划,辅助调度人员编制阶段计划,对车务段管辖范围内货运车站的股道、调车机车等资源集中安排,并对运转、货运等作业集中调度。通过作业进度报点反馈、现车信息实时上传、站存车自动推算、作业指标实时统计、交接班统计分析等功能,实时向铁路局调度所上传站存车、调车机车状态和作业进度等信息,为制定后续日班计划提供支撑。应用表明,该系统能够促进车务段生产指挥的信息化发展,提高车务段生产指挥的管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of weak scheduling management and lack of information technology for production operation organization and command in the current railway depot dispatch room, this paper developed a production command system of dispatching room in centralized mode of train operation depot based on the C/S architecture. The paper took the technical job chart as the core, according to the daily shift plan issued by the dispatching office of the railway group companies, assisted the dispatchers to prepare the stage plan, centralized the arrangement of resources such as station track and shunters of freight station within the jurisdiction of the train operation depot, and centralized the scheduling of operations such as operation and freight. Through using functions such as job progress feedback, real-time uploading of current train information, automatic calculation of trains at the station, real-time statistics of job indicators, and shift handover statistical analysis, the paper uploaded real-time information such as station storage, shunting status, and job progress to the railway bureau dispatch office, provided support for formulating subsequent daily shift plans. The application shows that this system can promote the informatization development of train operation depot production command and improve the management level of train operation depot production command.
