Abstract:
In order to better improve the utilization efficiency of high-speed railway assets and resources in western China, and effectively improve the operating conditions of enterprises, this paper used the balanced scorecard theory tool to construct a multidimensional and multi-level evaluation index system for high-speed railway ticket price benefits based on economic benefits, transportation market, passenger services, and transportation operations, proposed evaluation methods and standards for overall evaluation and individual evaluation in different decision-making scenarios. It took the Xuzhou-Lanzhou high-speed railway as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system, which provided effective basis for optimizing the implementation of high-speed railway ticket price schemes.
