Ticketing and reservation system for cross border passenger transport of China - Laos railway

为全面支撑中老（中国—老挝）铁路跨境列车车票发售，提升国际旅客出行体验，设计了面向中老铁路跨境旅客运输的客票系统。充分考虑国际旅客需求，结合中老两国国情，搭建轻量化、模块化的高可用系统架构；选择适应老挝国情的票制技术，支持中文、老挝文、英文等3种语言切换，实现多币种收费票务服务，融合多国电子支付方式并拓宽购票渠道。应用表明，该系统提升了中老铁路信息化水平，提高了中老铁路客运效率，为旅客提供了更优质的出行服务。
Abstract:In order to fully support the ticket sales of China - Laos railway cross-border trains and improve the travel experience of international passengers, this paper designed a ticketing and reservation system for cross border passenger transport of China - Laos railway. Taking into full consideration the needs of international travelers and combining with the national conditions of China and Laos, the paper constructed a lightweight and modular high availability system architecture, chose a ticketing technology that was suitable for the national conditions of Laos to support language switching between Chinese, Laotian, and English, implement multi-currency ticketing services, integrate electronic payment methods from multiple countries, and expand ticketing channels. The application shows that the system improves the informatization level of China - Laos railway, improves the passenger transport efficiency of China - Laos railway, and provides passengers with better travel services.
