Abstract: This paper analyzed the current situation of enterprise procurement management, and put forward the goal of bidding management informatization construction in view of the actual needs of informatization business of China Academy of Railway Sciences Corporation Limited. According to the bidding and purchasing business process of the informatization business, the paper designed the bidding and purchasing management information system, and gave the technical scheme of the system implementation. Finally, the whole process information based management of the bidding and purchasing work of the informatization business was implemented.
