基于BIM与三维GIS集成的房建设备运维监管信息系统设计与实现

摘要: 针对当前车站房建设备类型多、数量庞大、系统复杂、专业互相交叉,传统的运维管理多以人工方式为主,缺乏系统化、信息化的管理手段的情况,开展基于建筑信息模型(BIM)与三维地理信息模型(GIS)的房建设备运维监管信息系统研究。采用快速建模方法构建铁路车站三维模型,通过基于数据转换的GIS与BIM融合技术,针对车站进行快速三维建模,并实现模型与台账图纸运维等数据的电子化管理和设备运维的全过程管理。目前,以天津南站、丹阳北站作为试验车站进行研究,为房建设备信息化、可视化管理提供了参考。Abstract: In view of the current situation that there are many types, large quantities, complex systems and interdisciplinary specialties of station building construction equipment, the traditional operation and maintenance management mostly relies on manual methods and lacks systematic and informational management means, this article carried out the research on the supervision and management information system for housing construction equipment operation and maintenance based on BIM and 3D GIS. The 3D model of railway station was built rapidly by integrating GIS and BIM technology based on data conversion. It was implemented the whole process management of electronic management and equipment operation and maintenance for data such as model and desk chart operation and maintenance. Tianjin South Railway Station and Danyang North Railway Station were taken as test stations to study, which provided a reference for informationization and visualization management of housing construction equipment.
