动车组牵引能耗仿真系统设计与实现

摘要: 动车组运行能耗对动车组运行成本具有重要影响。在系统分析复杂线路数据、车型参数和操纵模式对牵引能耗影响的基础上,建立合理的牵引能耗仿真模型,静态和动态仿真数据的管理机制,兼顾主机厂和铁路局集团有限公司两类用户需求,设计并开发出动车组牵引能耗仿真系统。该系统前端采用layui框架,结合jQuery和Highcharts进行开发,后端采用SSM架构整合开发,具有操作简单、使用方便、易于维护和功能扩充,具有较高的可扩展性和可靠性等特点。实例验证表明,该系统对分析动车组能耗影响因素、快速估算动车组运行能耗提供有效的支撑。Abstract: The energy consumption of EMUs has an important impact on the operating costs of EMUs. Based on the analysis of the influence of complex line data, vehicle parameters and operation model on traction energy consumption, this paper established a reasonable simulation model of traction energy consumption, as well as static and dynamic simulation data management mechanism. Considering the needs of two types of users:rolling stock factory and railway administration group company, the paper designed and developed traction energy simulation system of EMU. The front end of the system was based on the layui framework with integrating jQuery and Highcharts. The backend was integrated with SSM architecture. The system is not only easy to operate, use, maintain and expands, but also has high scalability and reliability. The example shows that the system can provide effective support for analyzing the factors affecting the energy consumption of the EMU and quickly estimating the energy consumption of the EMU.
